David Blumenthal is a senior executive with more than three decades of experience driving revenue growth, client success, and organizational performance across healthcare, technology, and enterprise services. His work at Zelis and earlier leadership of a fast-growing consulting and software development firm give him a practical view of how companies scale relationships, retain customers, align teams, and execute under pressure. He brings the commercial and operating lens that grounds the book’s frameworks in real executive consequences.

Yair Alan Griver is a technology executive, entrepreneur, and former Microsoft leader who has spent more than three decades building software, scaling organizations, and leading through technological change. His Microsoft work on billing and rating systems for Office 365 and Azure gave him direct experience with the operating demands of hypergrowth platforms. He later led and advised startups, consulting firms, and technology organizations, bringing a practitioner’s view of how governance, architecture, incentives, and talent systems shape performance under pressure. He is also the author of five technical books and more than sixty articles.
